Sympathetic to Parasympathetic in Two Breaths!

Which puts you in a parasympathetic state, which is the only place healing can occur. You can connect to your breathing (6 counts in and 7 out), replace the negative thought with a positive one and take yourself from sympathetic to parasympathetic in as little as two breaths!
